Koecher–Maass series for positive definite Fourier coefficients of real analytic Siegel–Eisenstein series of degree 2

It is shown that the Koecher–Maass series for positive definite Fourier coefficients of a real analytic Siegel–Eisenstein series of degree 2 has a meromorphic continuation and a simple functional equation.
